Shipping policy

All Pickups are at our store at 134 Robinson Street Markham, L3P 5H5

 We also offer contactless curbside pickup for your safety and convenience. 

Delivery and Setup, Furniture and rug delivery are quoted depending on location and items purchased. Our delivery and setup includes the assembly, setup and removal of all packaging material for products purchased from Pineapple Design. Moving and removal of existing furniture is not included unless otherwise quoted by Pineapple Design. Please note we only offer this delivery option in the GTA. 

Please notify us immediately if there is any damaged when receiving our in home delivery while our delivery people are in your home so we can assess the situation. All in home deliveries are arrange by appointment only.

All shipping of small parcels of items purchased from our online store will be shipped by Canada Post unless other shipping is arranged. The rates for shipping are based on the tiered rates from Canada Post based on weight, size and the distance of your location they are being shipped to.

Pineapple Design Is not liable for any product lost or damaged during shipping with Canada Post. We would advise you to contact Canada Post to address any problem or damage and to file a claim.  We make ever effort to personally package all our items sold from our online store for safe shipping.
